(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) – Elaborating on Ayatollah Mazaheri’s personality and scientific aspects of character, he added: “We need to share whatever we have learned from him with others out of our deep respect for this great master.”
“More than everything else, Ayatollah Mazaheri’s name reminds us of his moral conduct which has influenced other aspects of his personality including his mastery of philosophy, economics, as well as social and political issues,” he went on to say.
“Following Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as an invaluable source of ethical principles, Ayatollah Mazaheri has attracted people through his moral qualities to let them know of the divine message.”
Appreciating grand Ayatollah Mazaheri’s respectful method of criticizing his former teachers, he noted: “This quality should be used as a model in our academic community, as we are all required to respect our teachers and observe the moral and ethical codes.”
Mr. Mohammad Rezaie further emphasized Ayatollah Mazaheri’s faithful submission to the Supreme Leader, adding: “Although he loved the holy city of Qom and enjoyed an honorable academic status there, he moved to Isfahan upon the Leader’s order to be in closer contact with the people and seminarians in Isfahan.”
“Unlike most academic figures, he is actively present in social and political domains, and observing the ethical and moral codes is even manifested in his socio-political speeches and discussions,” he remarked.
Calling for a more intimate atmosphere to be established in society, he highlighted the importance of using such lofty characters as role models of morality and ethics.
Mohammad Mohammad Rezaie is the editor-in-chief of Ghabasat Quarterly and the author of a number of books including “Man’s Religious Experience”, “Philosophical Theology”, “Principles of Christianity’s Philosophy”, “Evaluation of Ethics and Mysticism”, and “Evidences of God's Existence in Western Philosophy”.
